Made an appointment to have an engagement ring I had just purchased appraised so that I could get it insured, and the staff at QCB was fantastic! They kept me informed every step of the way, and explained things to me in a way I could understand even though I'm of course not a certified gemologist as they are. The service was detailed, the staff professional, and I walked out with everything I needed to know how much my ring was worth, and what I needed to do next to get it insured. Great job QCB team!

Great experience shopping here, Craig's knowledge is 2nd to none and invaluable when looking to make an expensive purchase, great selection for all budgets and Craig's guidance really took the stress out of making sure I got something special, I'd highly recommend!

The owner and employees of this store are amazing. I had an idea of what I wanted created and they made it happen. I was impressed with the quality of the finished product. If you are looking for custom jewlery I would recommend QCB

I wanted to recreate an old necklace but my clasp was broken, so I took it here after my friend recommended it. In a day they found me a chain exactly the same and helped me get back a wonderful memory from the past. They really take care of you and help make lasting moments!

Excellent customer service. I'm a repeat customer went there on a recommendation from a relative and have been going back since the first time. The staff there is amazing they have great knowledge and recommendation on the pieces. What ever your looking for you can find there if not they can make it. Great quality as well as pricing.
